LISTEN ON YOUR FAVE PLATFORM: APPLE PODCASTS | SPOTIFY
First of all, Andrew is the first guy to be on the show! Second, he’s a great friend that I somehow convinced to help me out and come on the show.
Andrew the Weatherman
Andrew is a meteorologist for WTOC in Savannah, Georgia. Since as long as he can remember, he’s wanted to help people.
His family was driving from Iowa to Texas and a tornado was in their path on the road. Over the radio, a meteorologist warned listeners that people in that area needed to find shelter. They pulled off the freeway and found a Pizza Hut.
When they walked in, Andrew saw that same meteorologist on the tv. Moments later, the owner of the store had everyone go to the freezer. Luckily, everyone with him was safe and he got breadsticks out of it. Which sparked his curiosity in helping others with weather.
If you catch him on the news, you’ll see him in his cowboy boots.

Inside Lane
Andrew’s always loved Nascar with his Dad. He was a late bloomer and didn’t like the sport until he was 5. He grew up making memories of road trips going to Kentucky, Charlotte, New York, Darlington, Daytona.
Nascar has done a lot to make the sport is accessible and inclusive. It’s not the stereotypical thing that people sometimes think it is. Andrew’s show interviews a driver or crew member each week to get the inside scoop of what’s happening in the world of racing.
And fun fact: I designed his podcast cover!
Advice for Your Younger Self
Don’t take yourself so serious. Learn to have a work-life balance. And find a small group of genuine people and stick with them.
