Soooo I accidentally took a month off from podcasting. My bad! Rather than do a full episode, I thought I’d give a quick update on what’s happening in my life.

I was living in downtown Charleston and it was an experience. It was a very draining atmosphere and I knew that it wasn’t a longterm plan. But, I was young and single and it was the perfect time to live somewhere outside of my comfort zone.

I was in the process of moving in with someone and that fell through. After everything hit the fan, I felt like I needed to live alone. I needed to face my past and have time to process things while being okay with feeling emotions— by myself.

I wasn’t in a position of feeling like I could heal. I was all over the place and taking on more than I could chew to avoid facing my problems. Things are settling and I’m finally starting therapy again.

I also was offered a job and I had my 5th move in less than 2 years.

But, I’m back and excited to dive back in with you.
