I met Nicole at Camp Climb— she was my COUNSELOR! I got to hangout with her the entire weekend and it was amazing. Nicole did the bunk assignments and she made sure I was in her area because we had friend crushes on each other.

Nicole was involved in her sorority and on campus— which led her to working in higher education for nearly a decade! Things changed and she realized that a pivot was necessary. She launched a Pinterest Marketing Agency and worked with a ton of clients. But she missed that element and background of working and developing, she pivoted back. She’s now a business coach using the enneagram as a framework to helping people grow.

What is the Enneagram?

The short way of describing it is that there’s a circle with lines through it with (9) numbers.

The long way of describing is a personality framework that is based on your nurturing. Whether you have masculine or feminine authority figures in your life, if you were abandoned, subconscious things— it all impacts why you are the way you are and what you ding.

You are a main number and you have a wing. You also have areas of growth and areas of strength. So you can access (5) numbers! Plus, within each type there’s a sub-type.

Within the Enneagram there are (3) triads. Each triad has 3 numbers within their centers— Heart (2, 3, and 4), Head (5, 6, and 7), and Gut (8, 9, and 1).

If You Know Your Number— But Want to Go Deeper

I’m personally a 3 so I lead with my heart.

During stress, I will enter a 9 and a 6 in health. That’s not to say a type is better or worse— all types are equal! But it’s helpful to understand when you’re

Finding Your Number

You can go straight to a test, Nicole recommends Truity. But you have to take it with a grain of salt. Especially as a college women— you may not know certain traits that you have. Take the rest, see your results, and if it doesn’t resonate maybe talk to a career counselor on campus!

What Advice Would You Give Yourself?

Know that who you are is who you are. You can’t change that, but you can become a better person and version of yourself. You are loved for who you are, not the things you do. You’re created to be you and no one is else is you.
